That's awesome Maiden! You are truly dedicated. Thank you for the explanation. I actually really like being on the LE diet most of the time. I feel pretty good.. Weight wise I haven't been better for years and same as exercise. I know it's not fasting but compared to the amount of grazing I used to do the Le diet is like fasting 😉

XX - I'm truly confused. According to FF I now ovulated on CD 13 which does make sense with my symptoms but I just didn't have much of a temp change. Usually it's obvious. We might have another attempt tomorrow incase. I don't want to have more than one attempt within the 4 day period.

Like I said, it isn't uncommon for me and I see it ALL THE TIME in other FF charts, O happening 3 days after positive OPK. If you don't get your temp rise tomorrow, only then are you past what I'd consider the normal window. In that case I'd resume OPKing in case your body surges again, and have another attempt that's 4 days after your prior one.

I was truly obsessed with IF for a year and it is one of my passions, so thank you! The health benefits, in particular life extension/staying young longer, are what appeal to me most. I am terrified of aging and would love to live forever. Additionally, I've found that after 6w of strict IF my mental capacity expands significantly, to such a point that I can read up on more advanced topics than I am normally able to comprehend. I feel more alert, need less sleep, and very clear/sharp mentally. Kind of like super caffeine but much more.

I'm feeling like I'm out now I'm 10dpo and nipples are no longer sore, CM seems less creamy now, more watery and although my cramps are still there, they are much lighter and only noticeable if I stop to focus on them. Totally bummed out. OPKs have been getting lighter and lighter with each day even though I can still see a tiny line there. Not even sure what that means now lol. HPTs are always BFNS. *cry* having a miserable day, please don't mind me lol

I'm sorry 3boys.. Hopefully you're still in with a chance. My nipples never got sore during pregnancy so you could still be in with a chance.

I'm not sure what is going on! My temp just jumped at CD11! Not sure if I'll call it O or not. I'll have to see what my temp is tomorrow. But it jumped from 97.58 to 97.99?! Ah well, I'll know in 12-14 days when AF brings her bags for a visit!
