Eighme yes it's possible but without knowing your lp length its impossible to say for sure. I would think however, with a 28 cycle it's unlikely you are oing earlier than cd12 (not impossible just isn't the norm). If you fall in the average then it could be anywhere from cd12-cd18. Without temping we just don't know. A pos opk will help though so if you want to go with digis then I'd recommend the dual hormone ones that use fmu. No need to worry about holds or restricting fluids then. Check the instructions in the pack for which cd to start. Pretty sure for a 28 day cycle you'd start cd8 or 9? but just double check Because your not temping I'd follow up your pos opk/solid smiley attempt with another 72 hours later just in case. Either that or do away with opks all together and stick to an e4d bd pattern from af end through to cd20 so example cd7, cd10, cd13, cd16, cd19 OR cd7, cd11, cd15, cd19. Whichever version of e4d you wish to go with.

Thanks for such a detailed response PBN. We aren't in a huge rush to get pregnant so I'm okay with trying the digital OPK's for awhile! That makes sense in regards to 72 hours later.

I'm so happy you're here to give such detailed advice! Thank you!
