What about butter or lard?? Those things count too. Palm oil is ok, but not as desirable as butter, lard, and coconut oil.

I have never taken any fish oil and I have 4 boys. It is not a prerequisite if you can't get it where you live.

I have never seen or heard about lard but will use palm oil/butter.

I was placed on iron pills and folic acid yesterday. First time having low heamoglobin,i bleed 6days this last cycle. So probably i might/or not try this cycle.

Doctor said to see him 5days,so i will know my plans by then.

It's pork based so if you live in an area/culture that does not eat pork you would not have lard around. But you can use beef tallow or schmaltz (rendered chicken fat) instead, both are good.

I found a cough syrup with Guaiphenesin B.P 50mg and
Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide B.P 10mg

Is it safe to use?

No I'm sorry we need the one without dextromethorphan in it. No one should use dextromethorphan while trying to conceive, it's not safe.
