Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
V8 juice one per day, plenty of beef, eggs, foods high in potassium (bananas ,potatoes,etc), foods high in fats especially healthy fats like nuts and avocados, kept blood sugar elevated in the 2WW; increased calorie intake and gained weight

he had a caffeine "shot" with 5-hour energy about 30min or so before; not too hot a shower, boxers only, etc; I took guaifenesin extra dose approx. 30min before attempt also

Thanks Atomic, I followed your plan but I did add egg whites. I just knew that if my sway didn't work I would always wonder if that would have been the turning factor. I bought the organic pasteurized ones in the carton. The PH was very high so I lowered it with preseed. Thank you for all the support. Hoping for blue dust but we are mostly praying for a healthy baby.

as long as they are pasteurized then my concern with the egg whites is mitigated!! and by using the preseed to lower pH you overcame any risk that too high a pH can kill off all the sperm. thank you for letting us all know that!
