Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I had just came back from taking a two months break and using bcp for one month. I am pregnant the cycle following me coming off bcp. I tried to incorporate green tea as much as I could, I had my vitamins every day and I ate breakfast every morning. I also tried using pre-seed with every attempt.

Comments regarding DH's diet-
He already naturally eats HE everything because its just a norm for him. He also drink caffeine daily though.

I may have had a total of 3 beers the week I bd because I was super stressed at work.

Yes, I had 1 drink per day or less

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Not skipping breakfast, using pre-seed, have many big “O”, bd’s on and after full moon.

Things that make me feel not so great about my sway:
Chewed a lot of sugar free gum. Drank coffee (not too much), had about 2 or three beers the week of conception.
