I eat clean normally, so I just made an extra effort to keep levels high.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? 6 weeks
Did you skip breakfast regularly?: No
Did DH change his diet with you?: Yes, because I cook
Comments regarding DH's diet: He eats what I eat, so he got a HE diet too.
Did you consume alcohol?: On ocassion; I'm not really a big drinker. But I had a beer on the 4th of July, stuff like that.
Did you try to limit caffeine?: No, but I don't drink caffeine anyway... so I didn't have to limit it.
Any Diet Details?: None that I haven't already mentioned.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?: Nope.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?: High 140s, normal BMI.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?: I'm a distance runner, but had my last longer race in June to avoid training for a marathon or something during the summer when we'd be TTC. THE DEED INFO
How many BD attempts did you make for the BFP cycle?: According to my chart, we BD 4 times the days leading up to & including O.
BD Pattern: DTD through ovulation, mostly at night because of work schedules.
BD Dates according to Ovulation: 4 days before O, 3 days before O, 2 days before O, Ovulation day, and then two days after O (not sure I was acutally fertile at that time though, so I didn't count it in the number of times we BD this cycle)
BD Position: Multiple.
Any additional comments?: Positive OPK 2 days before temperature rise.
Any relevant attempt details?: None.
Did you do anything with Ions?: No
Moon Phase during conception?: I didn't pay attention to this, but waxing crescent (just googled it haha)
Did you use any Old Wives Tales?: I did lay in bed for about 15-20 minutes after attempts, but I do that anyway for cuddle time after sex.
Things that make me feel great about my sway: Conceiving in our first cycle, EWCM, Lifting weights
Things that make me nervous about my sway: The fact that I was on birth control for 9 years before TTC (I did go off of it 7 months before our attempt), Could have been better with diet, The fact that I kept running
Things worth mentioning: Nada.Last edited by jsophia922; January 20th, 2016 at 07:55 AM. Reason: Just realized I never updated to include the outcome :)
