Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I didn't really follow a strict diet at all this time. I did a very strict sway back in 2013, all veg, low nutrients, no breakfast etc. but then had mc and don't know the gender of that one.
This time I did skip breakfast maybe 4 days a week, I generally don't eat a lot of meat anyway, so maybe once a week or so, the thing I probably eat the most is a veggie sandwich on a bagel; Swiss cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles, hot peppers, onions, lettuce or spinach, mustard and mayo.
I don't drink aspartame, gives me a headache
I eat chocolate pretty often
Drink usually one tea a day with 2% milk
Eat Amy's brand lentil soup once a week
Eat avocado few times a week
Lots of mandarin oranges
I ate cereal with 2% milk
Santa Fe veggie wraps from mcdonalds
Veggie or tuna subs
Pizza with extra cheese once a week
Lots of olives
I was chewing gum with aspartame prob almost daily, that doesn't give me a headache, just the drinks with it..

Comments regarding DH's diet- Dh I think did more of a sway than I did...
The main things that he did is what I believe really helped. The first one was that in sept he quit drinking coffee cold turkey (I got pg in Dec.) he used to drink 4-5/ day so that was a huge change for him.
The other thing was that he started running way more. I would say 4 times a week or so, maybe 5-7km each time. He also stopped weight lifting, not that he did a huge amount of that but I know he was doing that with my last mc ( confirmed boy)
He drinks club soda every day though, which I think is more boy friendly?
Chews aspartame gum
Doesn't eat a lot of meat, but has tuna a few times per week
Eats a lot of organic cottage cheese
No protein shakes this time
Drinks herbal teas, chai, jasmine, peppermint but not too often
Loves rice, eats those nasty microwave rice packet things (one of the ingredients is chicken fat?! Doesn't deter him lol)
Eats bananas daily
Eats a wrap with 4 hard boiled eggs, takes 2 yolks out, for breakfast usually daily
Drinks coke once in a while
DId you consume alcohol?
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details? I just kind of ate what I usually do, I was so discouraged from another mc that I just didn't really feel like dieting
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? Dh actually quit coffee for the sway and didn't tell me that was the reason, I just thought he wanted to and I couldn't figure out why..
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? Around 122 lbs, I'm 5'6.5"
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? Didn't do the intense exercising that I did in 2013. The only thing was that at the begining of dec. I really started walking on the treadmill a lot, and it was pretty mild here so we went for some long walks outside.
I'm not sure if this was my lowest conception weight, I may have been lower with my last mc.

I think I had big O for most attempts
For last mc which was a boy we bd only once and dh released in me with only the second batch and no big O, couldn't believe I got pg with that little sperm, so I thought this time just try anything to get pg because I was getting nervous about not getting pg and being older..

Any additional supplement info? I did take chitosan maybe 3-4 times a week when I remembered, I especially tried before my pizza binges lol
No supplements for dh, he was taking ole in 2013 but we don't know if that would have helped
Did you do anything with Ions? We have a tower fan in the hallway that is on at night when we watch tv. It's to drown out the noise from the tv for the kids, but I did have it on with my last pg also so not sure if that does anything
Moon Phase during conception? New Moon
Did you use any Old Wives Tales? No
Things that make me feel great about my sway: Dh's running and his coffee cessation
The fact that I think I had around a 6% chance of becoming pg with a fourth boy
Oh and a weak ramzi theory that I was holding on to, 7 week vaginal u/s the baby was on my left, but I'm not totally convinced on that theory, the guy seems a bit wacko
Was doing quite a bit of walking
Not snacking a lot
Was getting some relaxing massages probably right around ovulation time
Things that make me nervous about my sway: Not doing a proper diet
Not doing intense exercise
Stressed out about mc and worried I might not get pg started to stress me out
Things worth mentioning: I think I have covered most of what I can think of right now, I will add if I think of more, sorry for the rambling
