Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Went from being a breakfast eater, snacker and massive tea drinker to no breakfast, only the occasional snack and no tea.

Just under 6 months

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He ate a lot less meat. He also increased soy milk intake.

No, I drink caffeine regularly

I didn't mind the diet and felt good once I got used to it

I lost over 10 kgs since beginning this diet.

I was a bit slack with the fibre towards the end of my sway. DH also took Olive Leaf Extract and Soy milk daily. We noticed his libido really slackened off when he was taking the Licorice Root.

Did you do anything with Ions?

I painted my nails more often then usual with OPI "its a girl". I also had a pink stone next to my bed.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?

On one of the attempts I did have one of my pink baby dresses stored in a container under the bed. It was more of a coincidence though.

At 4 weeks 3 days I have no symptoms except for slight cramping.

Yip we have all been there try and relax and think you did all you could and you will love this baby no matter what the gender is. That helped me get through XXX
