Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I have always been a big eater and didn't even realize how much I've actually been consuming! I cut out cereal, meat (mostly), stopped snacking (this was huge for me!), ate a lot of low salt Triscuits, light laughing cow cheese, low fat Pop-Tarts, egg whites, and empty calories. I had a hard time getting my protein in.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

15 weeks - 8 weeks leading to attempt were more strict, 7 in the beginning relaxed (and had one cheat week of vacation thrown in there!)

Yes

No, I did not factor that into my sway

Any Diet Details?

Drank a lot of Diet Dr. Pepper and I don't typically drink soda or caffeine. It helped curb my appetite and increase my energy!

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

I ate low protein but occasionally went over on fat and calories. Had a hard time on weekends and would often cheat with pizza or cookies I stopped tracking towards the end so I didn't obsess.

I started cardio about 6 weeks before my attempt. I did 60-70 minutes of high intensity on the elliptical for 6-7 days. I think I missed 4 days in a 6-week period. I didn't lose any weight because I was at a lower weight and didn't want to risk stopping ovulation.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Exercise, skipping breakfast consistently, no snacking, one attempt, very little fertile CM

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

getting pregnant the first month, I cheated pretty much every weekend and had a week of vacation where I didn't count calories.

Things worth mentioning:

Atomic was such a great help, along with other ladies on this site! So thankful for this growing baby and consider it a blessing, no matter the gender.
Genetic testing says GIRL!!! I truly believe this swaying stuff works. I went at it, prayed and trusted God, and could not be happier to read "GIRL" on the report! God is good. Thank you, atomic, for all your help!!
