Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I did the pcos version of the diet. So lots of full fiber products. No white pasta. The first months my diet was completely vegetarian. The last few months I sometimes had some chicken. No restrictions on veggies. Didn't limit salt. No breakfast ever accept during my holiday. No cereal, big change for me! The last few months limited intake of milk products. 2 meals a day.

3 months before first attempt
7 months before bfp (with one 3 week period pause during my holiday. I just can't resist Italian food and icecream ;-) We didn't do an attempt during my holiday/cheat period.

His red meat intake reduced a lot, had less eggs.

The no snacking en vegetarian lifestyle was a big change for me.
This was my second sway, my first ended up in a lovely boy. Because of this AS recommanded me to try the pcos style verslons of LE diet. This worked for me!

My bmi was 18.5

I was not at my lowest adult weight, at first I lost a lot of weight quickly, but the last months I gained some of it back, because I increased my daily intake en had a bit more cheats then before. The last month I didn't gain or lose any weight.

The first 5 months DH abstained more or less, but I didn't get pregnant, so the last month we focused on the one try only in my fertile window.

Any additional supplement info?

I used Vitex for 6 months, the month we conceived I only had it a few times. The chitosan was used for 6 months then I run out of it and forgot to get me a new bottle. After 6 months of not getting pregnant it became so frustrating that I decided to give Clomid a try. I've used it for only one cycle and conceived.
DH took licorice Root and Olive leaf extract.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

The length of time I was on the diet, the one try only, the clomid.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I didn't do enough exercise. I found It very hard to do 6 or 7 times a week. I managed to do 4 or 5 times only. The week leading up to ovulation the month I conceived I pushed myself to get on my bike 6 times for 60 minutes.
It made me nervous that I wasn't as strickt on the diet as before and gained some of the weight back.

Things worth mentioning:

The 16th november we went to Barcelona to do a non-invasive DNA bloodtest. Within 3 days we received the results. According to the test we're expecting a ❤️ Girl ❤️!!!! I'm over the moon, but still can't believe it for a 100% untill I see 'her' on sonogram.
