Here it is my sway...and UPDATE!!!!!

My dream has come true..ITS A GIRL!!!

Thank you gender dreaming and all the ladies who have supported me along a tough journey which included 3 failed HT cycles and a natural chemical.
I could not have done this sway with out all of you, especially Atomic!!

Thank you Atomic for always taking the time to answer my neurotic swaying questions.!!!!

Here was my sway:

LE DIET - Started it loosely from Dec 26- Feb 1, then went full LE diet from Feb 1- got my BFP on May 13.
No Breakfast, 2-3 meals per day, calories spread out. Lower blood sugar levels overall but just prior to O and in the 2ww was the most important.
No snacking!!!!
• No more than 1500 calories ( some days 1200)
• 40-50 g of protein ( I don’t even think I got that much protein in, I tried though )
• 20-30% calories from fat ( 25-45 grams of fat)
• 700-100 mg sodium ( if gonna have a cheat better it be here)
CRYSTAL LIGHT

SUPPLEMENTS
FOLIC ACID 1200/DAY
PROBIOTIC
BABY ASPRIN 2X PER WEEK, worked my way up to 3x ( bruise easily)
METAMUCIL/FIBER SUPP WITH NO ADDED VITAMINS
VITEX 800 MG AF-O
SAW PALMETTO 320 MG AF-O
Zyrtec – I only took ½ dose on a day that I had a☺ OPK. I had NO EWCM this cycle.( this is a huge difference from when I conceived my boys)

EXERCISE
NO EXERCISE
This was a HUGE deal for me. I was an avid exerciser, cardio and weights and I gave it ALL up for 4 months. Definitely lost so much muscle mass.

TIMING
Frequent Release for DH- starting at AF. He released for 10 days prior to our first attempt.
BD- started 11 days after AF and BD 1x at 2 days before pos opk, 1x at 1
day before pos opk, at pos opk in PM ( so bd in pm but got positive OPK in AM) and around 36 hrs after pos opk (probably pointless at that time because opk was negative the next am after it was postitive )

NO Rephresh (dropped after first cycle- BFN and second cycle Chemincal), NO acijel. I also had NO EWCM…so I didn’t want to use any jellies.

NO Jump and dump, laid down for like 5-10 mins after each attempt than got up and wiped.

POSITION: missionary, shallow.
NO O!
