DH mainly followed the "weekday vegetarian diet" however, he was more loose with it. He did not skip breakfast and he did not have a LE diet.

I lost 25lbs before my successful sway. I am still significantly overweight due to hypothyroidism though.

We used condoms to prevent at 5 days before O. The night of our attempt we used frequent release. Outside once, then half hour later outside again. On the third time (about 20 minutes later), he released during intercourse.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

LE diet. I believe this is what made the difference between my failed girl sways and this successful sway.

Im also glad we learned about frequent release. We were unsure of when O would happen due to irregular O patterns. So this worked well for us.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I was worried about our attempt being at O. We did an attempt with DS2 at O and got pregnant with a boy. But I am feeling much better about this since i realize timing isn't everything.

Things worth mentioning:

LE diet is the best practice.
I was breastfeeding too and i also believe that contributed, especially when it came to my CM (it was more dry) and when it came to being deficient.
