Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I followed the basic principles of the LE diet but I didn't count calories etc. I was loosing weight but didn't have much to loose. I hardly ate fruit or vege, drunk diet coke once a day but only dieted for about 2 weeks. Also stopped eating meat.

Only about 2 weeks as I didn't have much weight to loose.

DH stopped eating eggs and red meat. He still had chicken and fish.

We tried to do an abstain and had our attempt the day I was expecting a positive ov test as DH was away the following day, however after we BD I still didn't get a positive ov test for another 2 days. For the first attempt I used rephresh night before attempt and aci jel 4 hrs before. DH then started FR and released twice a day. Our second attempt we used rephresh and aci jel 6hrs before attempt our third attempt I used aci jel 1 hour before attempt and our last attempt on O day I used rephresh and acijel 4 hours before attempt.

Not on diet long enough. Using rephresh and Aci-jel quite a while before our attempt. Having to switch from abstain to FR

We are just very excited to get a BFP and can't wait to add to our family.

That is totally normal to feel that way, everyone does!!! I think you did what you could do to get pg and have a good sway and now it is in the hands of God/Lady Luck! Sending you a ton of pink dust!!!
