Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I did a relax sway because I was so worried that maybe this time I was mean't to have a girl so if I changed my diet too much then it could mess all of that up-yes I've gone a bit crazy.
Usually I eat what I want, when I want so I skipped breakfast, only had a sandwich with grapes for lunch and then a smaller sized dinner. I did still eat meat but tried to reduce the amount of red meat. I stopped snacking in the evenings. I counted my calories to make sure I was eating enough.

Started diet in February, was a lot stricter the first couple of months.

I have put the total no. of BD for the month because I thought I ovulated on the 11th but it must of been earlier because of my dates (unless these gets changed at scan). If I ovulated correctly then it's twice.

I was pleased how I changed my diet from being a big snacker to having 2 meals a day.
