Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

i started very good with diet, but as i started to not get pregnant i got impatient and started eating how i usually eat. by default i kind of do LE diet. it is hard for me to loose weight as i am petite 5'2 and 108. mostly i skipped breakfast and had lots of diet coke

we DTD the day i got positive OPK . i got it in the late afternoon, my hubs came home about 3 hrs later and we DTD. i think i felt my self ovulate the following night at around 7-8 pm.

so i didn't have an orgasm. also, i think DH released only every couple days. i told him not to stress and just release whenever. we were kind of in a rush to concieve bc we have a window of time. i laid flat for a good while after the attempt.

i basically ended up just taking saw palmetto and vitex. AF-O and then also baby aspirin 5 times per week, also folic acid.

lavender essential oil buring in the room, windows open. lavender lotion.

yes we did some good old fashioned magic. we did wooden spoon under bed. and we put a little pink crown under the bed. and pink rose petals under the bed.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

i just feel confident that i did the best that i could do at this given time. i am okay with whatever this little bean will be.. at least i know i did "SOMETHING" even though it was a very light sway attempt, i feel good. i feel good about only one attempt.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

i really was not good about the diet. and DH did not change anything.
also i dropped rephresh.

hi atomic..
unfortunately it turns out i did not do enough. its a boy. i am still in denial and think that somehow when i go to next appt, they will say "oh it was a mistake, its a girl" just wishful thinking...haha
anyhow i have had some time to process that i am having another boy, and i am okay with it now.. i still have a longing for a girl.
i have talked to DH about going HT next time around..
do you know if there is anyway to sway when going HT, to get more girl sperm, and healthy embryos?? i know its really far away but i am just curious if maybe DH can do a life style change starting now, so that his body starts to signal making more girl sperm? does that make sense?
