Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I skipped breakfast everyday and reduced my overall caloric intake. I also started drinking Crystal light in the morning and all day long. I also cut out red meats and ate mostly carbs.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He cut out red meats and cut back to 1 cup of coffee a day. Everything else was the same.

No, I did not factor that into my sway

Skipped breakfast, drank crystal light throughout the day and no snacking. Small meals at lunch and dinner.

We ended up taking a steam shower (very hot) together for the attempt. My DH took hot baths leading up to days before our attempt. On the attempt we BD from behind and he released in me but then came out near the end so didn't put tons of sperm in me. I didn't think it would work with getting me pg, but it did!

DH Took calcium and drank some peppermint tea. He also took Barleans Organic Liquid Olive leaf. 2tbl a day and was on it for 2-3 months prior to attempt.

I wore a rose quartz bracelet everyday

Pink sweater under our bed, but we did our attempt in the shower so probably didn't help..

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I followed the LE diet well, drank tons of Crystal light. I kept my testosterone low and avoided exercise. My husbands supplements and daily hot baths were a great help!
