Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Mostly vegan and gluten free. Dropped corn products as well as many other foods due to breastfeeding a son with food allergies.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

I might have "accidentally" bought coke zero for him to drink vs regular coke the two weeks + leading up to attempt.

No, I did not factor that into my sway

Any Diet Details?

I followed a mostly gluten free, vegan diet for about 18 mo before attempt. I lost enough weight where I was 20 pounds under my boy weight and back to the weight I was when I had my girls. I plateaued months ago. Stopped snacking, ate only two meals a day. I also switched back to my girl diet of drinking diet coke vs regular coke and kept nutrients low.

O date is inconclusive. If I Oed with the first attempt, it was the day before O and then the second attempt wouldn't count. I likely Oed after my positive OPKs though and that puts my attempts at 4 days before and on O day, possibly something like O+12.

DH released 5-6 hours before our second attempt on possible O day. RepHresh used 11-14 hours before 1st attempt, and 36 hours before second attempt.

DH used olive leaf extract for about two weeks before attempt. I used vitex the entire cycle before attempt cycle. I also used cinnamon daily with my folic acid.

Rose quarts necklace and anklet, orange ginger aromatherapy from Bath and Body works, and orange essential oils, fan running, humidifier, girl moon phase

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?

No.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

The vitex the cycle before, the clomid, the rephresh, the cinnamon, and if I really did O when I think I did, then my attempt timing.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I feel like I could have been better with my diet, but then don't we all? Attempt time was on my birthday and of course we went out and had dinner with leftovers, and lots of cake, then we went out again for my b-day the night of my second attempt and had MORE cake and more heavy calorie dinners. Also, the OPKs ended up stressing me out more then expected. It wasn't my first round with them, but you would have thought so!

Things worth mentioning:

I'm breastfeeding, I'm a nurse, erratic sleep schedule, work night shift, tight underwear for DH, heated car seats, DH always takes hot showers

Can I ask how/why you got clomid, and what dose and days you took it? Was it your first time taking clomid?

Ohhh our sways are so similar (although I repHreshed 24 hours before 2nd attempt plus J & D'ed and had a late Zyrtec tablet so less chance of falling this first cycle). Yay, can't wait to hear the results! I'm guessing PINK! congrats again greeneyes xx
