Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I wasn't following a diet plan however I was eating kind of crappy (fortified grains, a little meat, not much fruits and veggies, boxed meals, small snacks). Wasn't gaining or loosing weight.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

Was eating like that for about 4 months

Yes

Did DH change his diet with you?

No

Comments regarding DH's diet-

DH eats whatever he wants which is sometimes healthy and sometimes not really. He isn't a big red meat or vegetable eater.

DId you consume alcohol?

• A couple of drinks per week

DId you try to limit caffeine?

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

I was drinking about 2 cups of coffee in the morning with organic half and half and maple syrup. More half and half than syrup.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

27 which is fairly heavy for me.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I had a baby 6 months and was BF. I have a hard time loosing weight while BF however I did loose about 40 lbs (weight at DD birth). Was not exercising.

Was sleeping right next to a himalayan salt lamp and had it on durning the day too. Did this for at least a month.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

We weren't trying to get PG or sway. This was just my lifestyle at the time which is completely different than with my boys but not very different than with my girl.

Was still BF my DD who was 6 months old at the time. This was the first time I ovulated since her birth.
