Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I stopped eating red meat but due to breastfeeding I continued eating chicken. I don't know when I conceived but at some point is was eating LE for about 3 weeks. My son also has a dairy/soy allergy so I cut those out of my diet which really limits what you can eat.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

3 weeks LE and 6 months dairy soy diet

Did you skip breakfast regularly?

Yes

Did DH change his diet with you?

No

Comments regarding DH's diet-

DH still ate meat but he did drink chocolate soy milk all the time. He was also drinking beer a couple days a week.

DId you consume alcohol?

• A couple of drinks per week

DId you try to limit caffeine?

No, I drink caffeine regularly

I was losing weight at the time from breastfeeding and was below my pre-pregnancy weight

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Breastfeeding/pumping for 7 months with no supplementation when I conceived. Dairy soy free diet limiting all the things I could eat. I had not been sleeping well because DS was going through a growth spurt I think and wanted to nurse in the middle of the night again. Feel like my maternal condition was declining due to lack of sleep and options of food as well as DS nursing constantly or me pumping all the time.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

We were not trying because I had not been on the diet long enough and was still eating lots of potato chips as snacks. I was taking in a lot of salt as well.

Things worth mentioning:

We feel like this baby was meant to be boy or girl. I had not gotten my PPAF yet so I had no idea I was even ovulating. I was going to start testing with opks in JUne.

It's a girl!!! I just wanted to thank Atomic for all her help with my sway plan even though I got pregnant sooner than planned but I feel like breastfeeding and all of atomics suggestion got me my girl finally! Boy or girl this baby was meant to be but I'll take a girl! I also wanted to thank all you ladies for helping me with ultrasound pics and questions from when I was pregnant with my son and now this baby girl. You ladies are amazing.
