Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

This diet was a 100% turn around compared to how I usually eat. I never ever had any red meat for 3 months straight. Had a hot dog on Memorial Day and maybe one other time. I followed the no meat guide most of the time. When I had meat it was white chicken & not a whole lot when I did. Overall I'd say I did the diet 80% of the time perfectly. I'm very overweight and I did drastically cut my calories. From (probably) 2500 calories per day, down to 1300. I kept my protein under 45g per day every day unless it was in a cheat day. Even then it wasn't over by a TON. I usually had cheese mostly everyday, but again it was within my totals. I did decent with the diet but I hates just about every second of it. I had between 1300-1400 calories per day, 30-33g of fat per day, & under 45g of protein per day with a few bad cheats. I always skipped breakfast, ate twice per day and absolutely NO snacking ever!! Never ate any cereal or red meat.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I weighed 198 when I started and dropped down to 182. So I dropped about 15-17 pounds.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I walked for an hour every day for the first six weeks,.. Then was supposed to put ttc on hold until July. So I stopped walking but did keep diet. Ended up changing my mind and ttc in June anyways.

Abstained for 10 days. Bd only one time. Him on top. I was pretty wet even tho I took Zyrtec a half hour before the attempt. Laid down for exactly 5 min then j&d.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I lost a lot of weight.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I was very wet and we conceived on the first try. I was hoping it took longer but I messed up with the diet a lot so my body was confused and didn't know what to do. So I hope that works in our favor.

Things worth mentioning:

It was one day after a new moon the day we dtd. Not sure when we actually conceived. I'm assuming around July 3-5. Had cramps and (tmi) constipation.
