Is transportated/shipped, frozen semen as good as fresh?
Dear Dr. Bravermann
My hubby and I are considering the possibility to sent his frozen semen with a cryo transportation company from our local IVF-centre to another IVF-centre in Europe where we are having PDG-treatment. We do it because it logistically is more convenient for us if I can travel by myself for the ER. But (here is my question) is shipped/transported deep storage frozen semen as good as freshly delivered semen? And could it suffer any damage during transportation? This transportation-option sounds attractive, but I wonder why I have never heard about anybody doing this.
Will be happy to hear your opinion.

Thank you everyone in this site and in particular Atomic for amazing support during my sway. I am for ever grateful.
