    with a low AMH and 35 years old I would consider a laparoscopy to rule out endometriosis( a leading cause of low AMH in young women) and of course the endo could also affect egg quality if not excised. Yes I would make more embryos but would strongly suggest a lap first.

    laparoscopy looks in the abdominal cavity, a hysteroscopy looks only in the uterine cavity. YOu cant see endometriosis with a hysteroscopy.
