Pgd worth a shot at my age?

    Hello Dr Potter,

I had a consult with you a couple of years ago but didn't come out as we decided to sway instead. We now have a lovely 11 month old baby boy. We have decided it is this year or never as we are now 36 and 38 years old. (I am 36).

Would you say we still have a good chance? I have no problem getting pregnant, have 3 sons but had 2 miscarriages between (I always wondered if they were girls I couldn't carry?).

Anyway I emailed Lori a while back and she said I wouldn't need another consult if we came out, that I would just need to get the pre-testing done to start with? I am still breast feeding so know I cannot come until I stop but it would hopefully be in the summer if I can get my period back by then.

I look forward to hearing your opinion on my situation.

    Many thanks
    family complete

Yes, you should still have a good chance. The pretesting, which can't be done until you complete breastfeeding, should give us some better indication. Look forward to meeting with you again.

    Best,
