We don't, no. I'm not sure if it's the same thing but we have no added sugar squash which has added sweetener (not sure which), just dilute it down.
I use banana, both for me (I was really bad during pregnancy and after) and DS who's 7 months old. Works really well. That aside, you MUST get some water intake. What about fruit tea? Would that work for you? x

I think whole grains are fine for LE. Until rather recently, I.e. for most of human history, grains were left whole and still girls were born. I personally consume mostly whole grains.
White vs. whole grains is one of two things I have in my "maybe, maybe not" category where I can really see both sides and am honestly not totally sure if I have them right. We have been getting good results with the alt. diets for pink (which include whole grains) and so I know that it's not a blue magic bullet to be sure.
It’s been awhile but I keep meaning to come back and say we swayed girl in 2022 and had a little girl in early 2023! First girl born in 110+ years on my husband’s side.[emoji179]
