    Feeling that you're not done

Hi there! I am a long time member, but haven't been on in a while. I have 3 little ones, 1 boy and two girls. My second child was born ill, she is doing well now, and we hope it continues. Then we had another baby girl less than two years later. I thought for sure that I would feel complete when I had my third, especially since she was a girl and although I didn't sway, I wanted another girl just incase my first daughters health declines. But I have this nagging feeling that I am missing a child, and that I should have one more.

Has anyone else had that feeling? Did you have another or did it just go away on its own?

I should add time is running out for me, even though I am only 36. I have a very low AMH, so I will go through menopause early, and my last two children I needed fertility treatments.

We were supposed to be done after the twins, but I just don't feel done. No plans to have more at this time since the twins are only 8 weeks old, but I want another daughter. I feel like I'm missing one. DH says no more, but he's also said that after every child except our first. LOL

I think I am in a slightly different situation as I don't feel like I am missing a certain child but am just finding it hard to stick/commit to the fact that I should be done now. Can you cope with another child? if so then I think you should go for it, especially with low amh as nature may go against you. If it doesnt happen then at least you will always know that you tried and not regret that you gave it a go, rather than regretting not trying at all. If a LO does turn up then boy or girl they will fit right in and be an adored new member of your family, that much I do know!

Yes! I feel like I am missing a daughter, and I don't even have gender desire. It is such a weird feeling. My Husband said he wants another, I am just not sure that I want to this second ha! I had two under two before, and that was enough for me. I need a bigger age difference lol

I guess I just fear that I will never feel done, but I can't just keep having babies.
