Congrats Primal and dreaming!!! Hurray for healthy babies
Primal if your instincts told you to change school then it was the best decision for your family. Kids are so resilient and more open to change once we make it all a positive experience and like the other ladies suggest - try and get some playdates in over the holidays. Hope it all goes well xxx

Thanks LaVie & Sweet Mummy. The new school is really supportive & they're very into building a strong parental community. There is a "get to know you" morning tea for parents on the first day of school which I'm looking forward to, and throughout the year they have other parent social things like trivia nights, and even the P&C starts with a wine & cheese night every month!

Hey ladies quick question I have been having lots of braxton hicks contractions in the last few days. I noticed them really early this time round at about 15 weeks, I am definitely doing more this pregnancy and notice them heaps more when I have been standing up on the shop floor (I am a manager of a shop) anyone else had this in pregnancy? I'm only 24 weeks and had them much later with both boys. My mid wife said to rest more which is easier said than done working full time with 2 kids! Xx

Hi kitkat,
I have always had Braxton hicks early on with all of my pregnancies and this one is no different. I also started to feel them at about 15 weeks. Now that I am 29 weeks they can get quite strong especially if I need a wee!
I was told that your uterus gets more and more sensitive and irritable with each pregnancy. I'm sure being on your feet all day doesn't help but it isn't easy to rest when working and looking after children. Try not to worry , it's just practice for the big day ;-). Xx2003 - 2005 - 2013

Kitkat I had BH from about 14 weeks with DS2 & I actually had a few hours of them at about 9 weeks with this pregnancy. When I rang my midwife she said they can start as early as 6 weeks but most people don't notice them til later. I am well & truly feeling them now at 19 weeks. I think it's quite normal & unless they are painful I wouldn't be worried at all.

I started having BH at 6 weeks with DD2 and this pregnancy. Not with DD1 or DD3...so completely normal, just really annoying!!!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
