The psi bands help when my medication is starting to wear off. However if I'm close to throwing up, then nothing helps! At least I know I'm going to be bad for about an hour before my medicine wears off, now anyway. We will see about next week when MS peaks at the 9 week mark.
I STILL haven't gained any weight yet :/

I had my first prenatal appointment today. They brought in the portable US machine, and I got to see the baby! The baby looks like a baby now and the heartbeat was 159! So happy everything is doing fine !

Great news XX! Must be beautiful seeing your bean on screen
I've already put on a few kg. Sometimes when I feel sick surprisingly eating helps. I've also stopped all exercise

I've had to stop exercise too. I still take the boys to the park and either walk there or run around with them. I'm hoping once the MS wanes I can resume my workout DVDs. My OB told me not to worry about it while I'm so sick, since he doesn't want me to get dehydrated. I just want to avoid gestational diabetes so I'm anxious to get an exercise routine established. All in due time!
I thought I had gained 3lbs but then I realized I'm just constipated . I'll spare you the details. Needless to say, I may have put on a pound but that may be a stretch.

Sunbuny, I was the same way with my first two- I was constantly snacking, mostly on carbs, to keep the ms at bay.

I'm the same... I'm generally eating rubbish. Nutri grain for breakfast, hot chips on a white roll for lunch, and fruit. I feel like noodles for dinner. I think it's a boy craving.... I swear this Bubba is a boy based on similar aversions to my first 2 pregnancies. This is my first trimester diet, I rarely eat like this normally.

Yay for seeing the baby xx! That's super exciting! Did you get any gender feelings see baby on the screen?
I am soooooooo sick guys. Miserable. Sea bands aren't working. I did get a few Zofran from a pregnant friend but have to ration them. Lol. I'm not going in until the end of May. I mostly lay on the couch and force myself to get up to do a load of dishes, laundry or cook every once in awhile. Let's just say I am playing a lot of UNO and Go Fish with my 2 little ones that are still at home.
Found some comfy stretchy pants to lounge in though since anything touching my stomach makes me even sicker. It's going to be a loooooong summer.
Now SIXbabies!
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
