I'm having lower left pain (I'd describe it as dull at this point, but it's been constant for 4 hours and doesn't go away) and at first I thought maybe it's RL pain, but now I'm starting to see streaks of pink/red and a couple of flecks of brown in my CM this evening. This does not bode well. In the morning I'm going to see which OB my midwife recommends and see if they're willing to let me come in for an u/s this week. I will only be 6w on Tuesday but they should see a sac if it's uterine, right?
Yes. They should see a yolk and gestational sac... HB is iffy at barely 6 weeks. I will keep my FX and pray that everything is fine with your bean. Please keep us posted!!

But for u at 6w they should see something on transvaginal sonogram
I don't know anything about plateauing but with mine my hsg was bouncing up an down. It was 5008 then 4,900 something a few hours later and 24 hours after that it was 6,000.

Yes the quality of hcg doubling every 48 hours is characteristic feature of an intrauterine pregnan.cy anything that isnt doubling every 48 hours (or basically hovering about a certain level) consistantly on serial tests is not intrauterine

I've had lower back pain during pregnancy... but never rib pain this early. Any chance it's gas pain? If you have a lot of gas it can cause pressure on the diaphragm (the sheet of skeletal muscle separating your abdominal organs from your heart and lungs) and it feels a lot like rib pain.
