Netti, I've still got possibly 11 weeks (Aug 11th)! I highly doubt I make it to full term with my history, but my oldest was an overdue baby, so I suppose it is possible.

Are any of you ladies doing EPO? Do you take it vaginally or orally? How many do you take a day? And is it everyday?

I'm taking it orally 3x a day, each 500 mg. My midwife says vaginally has no proven edge.
I'm a FTM who was at least 70% effaced and 2cm dilated before 38w, so I imagine the EPO could be contributing to that? I'm cramping every day, too.

I took epo with both my previous births, 500mg per day starting at 32 weeks, then 1000mg per day at 34, and 1500mg per day at 37 weeks. With my oldest, I was dilated 3cm without any contractions at 39 weeks, but my youngest I lost my mucus plug and my water broke at just shy of 34 weeks, so I don't know if it was related. This time I'll start at 37 weeks (no sooner) with red rasp leaf and epo.

I successfully had my girl nearly 3 years ago thanks to an awesome plan from atomic. I have just started on Ozempic to try and lose some weight due to PCOS and it’s working well. Does anyone...
