There is someone that has stopped in before to comment on ferritin and i now have a result from 2013...i guess it was tested...thats a few years ago at this point but seeing as how i am still anemic and was back then as well i doubt it has changed much...my ferritin level was 28..said within range but the cut off was 15 and goes into big numbers i think 200-300 something so that seems...ridiculous. Anyone have more info on that? someone had what their ob or endo said was 'optimal' ferritin range info..

I have no idea, but sounds like you could do with an infusion rather than supps

Try proferrin, it is the only iron supp that worked for me. Doesn't have the constipation side effect either and the body can actually put it to use because it is heme iron.

got my ferritin panel back that they actually drew today and not in 2013...my ferritin is 24, so it has gotten worse
Right now a good iron supplement would probably only normalize me as i have had total and complete liquid this entire pregnancy. A result of my low TSH no doubt. I will look into that supplement cosmosis..thank you

Yw! <3 Speaking of liquid, alot of midwives have women take liquid chlorophyll to build good hemoglobin as well as prevent PP hemorrhage. You may want to add that in

My husband started building the crib, excited to start getting the nursery decorated. Only 7 weeks or so to go. They were worried about my blood pressure, so they gave me an ultrasound to be on the safe side. Everything looked great and he was weighting about 3 pounds. I was hoping there miraculously wouldn't be a penis but no such luck, it was clear as day. He did look cute though like his brother. Still feeling crazy amounts of jealousy every time I see a baby girl or someone announces they're expecting a girl. Wish I knew how to make those feelings go away, and just be happy with what I have.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
