lena crappy girl sway WORKED!

DIET:
I didn't eat until midday. Very little salt or potassium. DH cut down heaps on salt too. No coffee or coke for me. DH says he didn't but not sure how true that is. Diet lemonaide for me. DH drinking alot of crandberry juice and crystal lite.

EXERCISE:
nil

POTIONS & PILLS:
Clomid

Low Dosage Aspirin – Every day

Folic Acid – 1000mcg

POTIONS & PILLS FOR YOUR MAN:
DH took crandberry tablets as his PH was real high.

TIMING:
DH couldn't handle frequent release and since I really wanted to fall pregnant and was using the clomid we BD every 2nd day in the morning all through Ovulation. We did missionary position, no big O for me.

THINGS IN YOUR VG:
I ended up using preseed as I was soooo dry and had so much hostile cm from the clomid and really felt that this is why we didn't fall pregnant first month of trying.

Did you track your pH, if so, what was it before the attempt(s):
Everytime I tested I had very low PH like 4.5 although I didn't test during my attempts.

DH was always very high like 9.5 although I didn't test before testing since he had been having the crandberry and crystal lite so hopefully it went down.I didn't want to stress about it

Anything else?
I used a heat pack on DH every time before attempt.
I had the fan on every night for +tive irons
I had a salt light next to pc
I had wooden spoon under my bed
I had a girls jumpsuit under my pillow
I am breastfeeding still

I really think just the Clomid alone is a good sway! There ARE no crappy sways anyway, even just doing nothing can be a kind of a sway if it helps you relax and keep T low!!
