$6000 IVF cycle at Beverly Hills Reproductive Fertility Center with Dr Sadaat?
Does anyone have any experience with Dr Saadat at Beverly Hills Reproductive Fertility Center ?
His success rates seem to be good (although high rate of multiples) and price for single IVF cycle is $6000, which is reasonably cheap.
Has anyone cycled with him and done PGD for gender selection specifically?
Thanks!

Does this price include ICSI and PGS? When you see the price breakdown of everything I think HRC charges a bit over $7000 for a single basic ivf cycle. The added extras needed for gender selection (like ICSI and PGS testing) is what really brings the cost up.

nicoler, no it doesn't include the PGS and you're right, that does increase the total cost by a lot (as well as medication, FETs and possibly out of state monitoring). I have not contacted them yet just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them.

HRC does a lot more cycles and yields a higher success rate. If you have access to both, I would always go with the highest success rate.

Well I just got a reply from the financial person at HRC. It seems their cycle prices have gone up. HRC prices are as follows:
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) $8900
* Office visits and cycle ultrasounds (start of IVF cycle through transfer)
* Lab test during cycle (Estradiol, Progesterone, LH levels only)
* Egg Retrieval
* Creation of Embryos (Transfer included)
* IVF labs works and facility fees for surgical center
* One pregnancy test after transfer is completed
Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) $1500
* Selection of a single sperm to be injected directly into an egg
Preimplantation Genetic Screening (PGS)- 24 chromosome (includes 12 embryos) $4950
* Testing of the 24 chromosomes to make sure that each embryo is
healthy and can also include gender selection
Anesthesia $550
* Done on the day of egg retrieval
Total payment due at time medication is started or first appointment $15,900
This is without the $1000 discount but not sure if they still offer that. I thought it was $11500?

Yes, unfortunately prices have gone up in recent months. It hasn't been $11,500 in quite a while. I paid $12,200 back in November and then $13,250 in March. It would be $14,900 now including the discount and this covers everything except freezing ($700), testing more than 12 embryos ($250 for each embryo over 12), drugs, and monitoring if you're not local.

Is the $15900 for only one cycle? I'm hoping to go high tech for a girl, what if non of the normal embryos are a girl, do I have to start all over again and pay another $15900? What if I do have girl
Embryos and I just don't get prego, does it cost the same if I have a frozen girl embryo? Omg, I'm
Prego with 3rd boy so I have to wait like 1.5 yrs and this is gona drive me crazy! Especially since I'm not working and there is nothing I can do to save up more $$$ in the meanwhile!

I would also say if money is a big issue, be very thoughtful before you do HRC.
HRC no doubt is the go-to for success rates and expertise. Dr Potter has the skill and karma . However, their billing hasn't been the most straightforward.
And in my experience, the $1000 was not honored despite going from this site...
