    woman dies from low potassium

Hi all - while the doctors are officially chalking this up to caffeine toxicity, they admit that low potassium probably had a part to play. It can happen even to those who are young and otherwise healthy! Please don't skimp on potassium pink swayers and blue swayers, please get potassium consistently thru diet rather than stopping and starting high levels of potassium supplements like COT.

30 year old woman died of a heart arrhythmia leaving behind 8 children.

Woman drank up to 10 litres of coke a day | Otago Daily Times Online News : Otago, South Island, New Zealand & International News

I know, I can't even imagine. The heartburn alone had to have been almost unendurable.

Just wanted to add I was having some strange feelings in my heart the last month I was doing the diet, I wondered if it was that I wasn't getting enough potassium. I haven't had it since being off the diet. I think your coconut water suggestion is a great idea!

Yes, that's exactly what it feels like amari. When I get low in potassium my heart skips or has extra beats. Thanks for sharing your experience!!!

God how scary and leaving 8 children how tragic , towards the last few months of me swaying i was getting all sorts of chest pains and sometimes my heart would kinda feel like it would skip a beat then beat really strong to the point i could feel it through my body, then othertimes it would just beat really fast , i had a feeling it had something to do with the pottassium levels
