I tried mine the first time at like 7w5d, the net shows some women finding um that early, but I sure didn't. I think 9-10 weeks is more standard. I have a sonoline B one. It was like $50 on Ebay. ATM I don't have health insurance. I had post-partum coverage on my last loss for a month of this pregnancy and got the ultrasound and a first prenatal appointment, now I'm waiting on my new coverage for this pregnancy to be approved. (It's a state program for just kids and pregnant women) I don't know if they'll do another ultrasound until 20 weeks or so. As far as I know unless medically necessary my insurance only covers a dating scan and an anatomy scan. Maybe they'll give me one because I'm on progesterone though, to check on the placenta formation before taking me off it. That would still be 12-13 weeks, and I'm only 8w1d today. Doing my best to stay positive. I have no signs of miscarriage, MS is still going strong and from what I've read that's HCG not progesterone.

Yeah. I also got excited because this beans hb was 167 at 8 wks and my son was always in 140s...but then googled and found out it's pretty 50/50. I wouldn't put Much stock in the hb

We are still team green over here too but it's going to kill me lol. I've been looking up the Ramzi method stuff for fun, but I still really don't want to deal with the disappointment right away. Everyone we've told thinks we are crazy for not finding out, ha. But I'm afraid it's another boy too bc I'm already rounder than with my boys and I'm staaaaaaarving all the time!
We are on vacation at the beach this week so I'm trying to just relax and not think about it. Great news is my sjogrens blood work came back negative so I don't have to worry about ssa antibodies at the moment! Go in for my 3rd us on Monday, will be 11 wks.
Glad to see so many ladies getting closer to the end of the first trimester 💜me{33}dh{33}

I hate this early part where you want to be excited but don't want to get attached yet….I feel like if I tell too many people or buy anything or get too excited I will jinx myself and loose the baby. It's just a waiting game now. Waiting for my first u/s in 2 weeks and then I will feel heaps better…..

I feel the same. I'm More reassured now I've had a scan. I probably won't tell people even after 12 weeks. I love keeping it a secret. Haha.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
