    Swaying and blood glucose

I took my blood sugar today and it measured 140, which is higher than it should be. I got into the habit of taking my blood sugar when I was pregnant and had gestational diabetes. It's beginning to look like I am pre-diabetec.

So how will this affect my pink sway? I know that high glucose levels sway boy, so I'm going to try really hard to get my sugar levels down. But should I continue swaying at all? I eat a lot of rice which is good for swaying but bad for diabetes. I skip breakfast which is good for swaying but bad for diabetes. Sigh.

I don't know what the heck to do, frankly. Can anyone help me?

So I see that zana already posted the link for you and I hope that was helpful.

I also would like to suggest that you see a doctor and explain the situation (not the swaying part obviously) because he/she may be able to give you medication to lower your blood sugar and those will help you sway pink.
