Just want to share my experience, i never noticed which time af came with my boys but probably in the morning. Today in this morning AF came, this is the cycle of our attempt...I’m waiting till CD3 to take clomid, so excited!
My Periods were always heavy and long 7/8 days but last cycle i noticed it was only 6days so hope thats a good sign.Last edited by onebigwish; April 13th, 2018 at 07:48 AM.

Lighter periods have seemed to be associated with pink sways (and vice versa.) We can't always predict if a sway is working on that basis but we have seen the majority of pink swayers developing shorter, lighter periods when on LE Diet. This happened to me and I did get a girl after an extremely short and light period.

So I’ve been on BC for well over 10 years, during this time my period also always came later in the afternoon and has been lighter....I got pregnant with my girls first round off the pill.
To start my sway these last couple months I’ve stopped taking my BC and did notice my period now comes first thing in the morning and is EXTREMELY heavy!
Hopefully that means my sway is in progress and my body is adjusting!!

Birth control does alter your periods so you can't really draw any conclusions from that, unfortunately. It is super normal to have heavy periods coming off the pill. Good luck and blue dust headed your way!

We need an emoji for "mind blown". LOL.
My AF as a teenager was awful, the worst cramps, so bad I would throw up. HEAVY. But still regular and ALWAYS morning. Like a PP, I didn't even know women got them in the afternoon or evening. They put me on BC to help with the cramps, which I was on for about 10 years. When I came off, perfect 28 day cycles, with the odd exception which, like atomic, were likely high exercise induced.
I have always been a HE kind of person. Definite boy mom. Diet/maternal dominance all me. I unknowingly swayed GIRL for my first. I lost 25 lbs in 3 months, my DH and I were going to Australia for a month and I wanted to look good . I was a Jane Fonda cardio monster. I fell pregnant with her a week after we got back. I remember my period before I got pg was barely there, and it came in the afternoon (we were in Australia), and while I thought it was odd never really thought about it much, thought probably because of the weight loss.
Pregnant with her, back to my old HE habits, got my PP AF after 6 weeks (and yes, I was FT BF, but it came back!) and she is same as ever, 28 days and AF arrives around 7:00 am. I got pregnant with DS when she turned one.
The funny thing is, I was swaying for him, but it was SO EASY. Natural! I was on IG at the time, I remember one of the rules was to eliminate dairy, but when I did that I lost 10lbs! I remember asking Atomic if I should add it back in, she said yes, and sent me to her blog to read up on Trivers Willard.
Had to chime in, LOVE THIS!Sept 2008 & successful boy sway June 2010.
