    Track protein/fat levels

    Hi

    Does anybody knows a good app where I can track my protein and fat levels
    I'm swaying for a girl. Thanks !

    My fitness pal is what I used and I know quite a few ladies here use it too.

    A word of caution: MFP will count protein and fat from foods like fruits and veggies. Do not count that in your daily totals. Also, it counts calories in low carb veggies but those are a free food so please don't include that in your totals either. For higher carb veggies and for fruits, count calories but nothing else.

    Thanks so much ks, great answer

    FWIW I just used paper and pen and found it worked great. Took no more time than entering data into a computer program and I could write down only what I was tracking.
