Yes Sept-Nov. are the girl months in Australia. But don't worry about that. I got my girl in boy months and 2 boys in girl months. It's just one little teeny thing.
Hubby keep going with OLE, he can start with FR and if you guys don't conceive in 1-2 months you can drop that and go tor regular release instead. BUT since you only have the one month Clomid I'd be inclined for you to e4d in the month you take the Clomid to boost odds of conception.
That makes complete sense about the e4d thing I’m glad you said that I wouldn’t have thought about.
Good to hear about the veg. That’s largely what I eat so really helps.
Shame about the months. One of my boys is an August birthday so I think he was conceived in November too!

yes the months probably do very little to nothing. My daughter is August so yes November conception = August baby!

🤞 atomic! About the clomid. If i only have the one cycle should I stick with the 50mg or halve it for 2 cycles? I do have quite a short lp, & my lining being thick I feel has been my downfall in ivf. And what days would you recommend?

It is up to you. I can't know what is the best option with that. My gut says 2 months at 25 but I honestly don't know that for sure. Follow your heart!!
If you do e4d you have to start that much sooner. STart that the day you take your last dose of medication. You cannot wait till positive OPK to do e4d, you have to start it before you could possibly ovulate.

Omg! Of course, really didn’t switch my brain on with that one did I? After positive opk would at most be 2 days to ov generally wouldn’t it derr me! Sorry atomic.
What cycle days are best for clomid swaying girl wise?

No I actually have some people do that. Like, if they really really want one attempt but I am worried they will have that attempt too soon and end up ovulating later, I will sometimes have them try for one attempt at pos OPK and then start e4d at that time just to protect themselves from delayed ovulation. But if you're going for e4d that you start after AF ends (or on your last dose of Clomid/Femara) and roll with it till you are 110% sure you've ovualted even if that means going till your next period begins!
I feel like we see best results for conception on CD 3-7 so that is what I recommend.

Just wanted to share... last night to boost my fat I baked half a banana with butter to have with my plain yoghurt. Wow! Yummy. I guess after 3 months simple things are great pleasures. The way the melted butter kind of hardened like a topping on the cool yoghurt & the sweetness of the banana it was dreamy.
Think I’m getting a bit loopy at this stage of the game!?

LOL no not at all - that's what they say, when you cut back on refined foods you end up with more appreciation for the simple pleasures of real foods like butter and bananas!!

Suggestions please- I seem to have up to about 200 cal left at time, whilst having met fat & protein targets, any thoughts on snacks I could have?
Have generally had small ind size pack of popcorn but getting a bit boring at times.
I eat lots of free veg.
Is salsa ok, or are the spices a problem?
