BBT too low
Hi All,
I am in tww right now. I was going for follicular study and i knew my ovulation date, which was confirmed by ultrasound. Today just for curiosity, i took my 3 dpo temperature which was 36.4. Is it too low for luteal phase, if it is then does it tells?
TIA

Don't worry about your temperature. One temp alone is meaningless. Some of us just run cooler and additionally, it's the pattern that matters. You can't see the pattern from one temp! You could have slept with your mouth open or the night air was cool in the room or whatever. One temp in isolation just doesn't count for anything.
