Take the prenatals with a meal and if one brand doesn't work, take a different one. Don't take them before bed tho becuase they can keep you awake.

I'd just walk. I wouldn't exercise more than 4 days a week for you either.

Hi! I should have possibly posted my question here... I had ordered the sway plan Aug 3 (I think!) and was wondering how long this would be. I know the wait says 10-12 days but I know sometimes it is less based on the list. Looking forward to getting started on any additions since we will be trying again in about a month. Thanks!!

I get thru the plans in 7-10 days and yours was actually done, I like to let it "percolate" for a day and then review it which I did this afternoon and just sent in to tech support to be posted.
