Sorry to be impatient, I just have 4 weeks before I want to try so hoping to get started on a proper plan asap
I did some reading on this site and have figured out the following:
*switched to the LE diet (am trying at least, I usually eat pretty healthy and find it hard to find things to eat)
*stopped the supplements (except Folic Acid)
*am thinking continue with the plan to have husband use LC after AF (hopefully this weekend)
*will use antihistamines an hour before (just haven't figured out if husband should too, or just me)
*do one attempt 3 days before O (just because we won't be together any closer, hopefully I don't O late!)
*7 day abs maybe? (not 100% sure on that part yet)
*I had ordered the rephresh kit that is supposed to keep PH balanced for 3 days, I know I read PH doesn't seem to matter so I don't know what to do, might just use it the night before we try since I'll have it?
*Hopefully we'll both have time for a hot bath before attempt
*Since it is so close I'm afraid to try to start cardio in case I don't end up doing enough and swaying boy. . but afraid maybe I should, is 50minX4 days/week the min?
Anyone have any thoughts??
Thanks!!

tell me more about what you think LE Diet is. Healthy foods can be eaten on LE.
What is LC? there is no supplement I recommend after ovulation.
What kind of antihistamine? Some work better 6-12 hours before attempt.
timing doesn't sway, but if that's when you're together, no worries on tht. would def. drop RepHresh if doing that.
Would not bother with abstain but your call to make on that.
RE cardio - would not bother at this point - may do more harm than good.
Minimum on exercise is 60 min 4x a week.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Sorry, I thought I'd replied but I guess it didn't work!
I know it is low cal/fat/protein/nutrient. . I guess it is the low nutrient part that confuses me.
I meant LR, licorice root.
Does matter what antihistamine, I originally thought Sudafed because that's what I'd read, but I read you don't recommend that, what kind would be best?
Turns out AF came today, earlier than expected since I had a positive opk on July 31. . either I misread or I have a short luteal phase where I am breastfeeding, so maybe I can't get pregnant yet anyway! I read that Vitex is good for that and sways girl, is it to late to start that today and take it until ovulation this cycle then try? I'm just afraid as I read it can delay ovulation and with my husband away for work around when I think I might O I don't want to push it too far in to that area.
Thanks again!!

Low nutrient just means that you drop or cut back on vitamin supplements (except folic acid/folate), avoid highly fortified foods like breakfast cereal, and if you have the choice between a higher and a lower nutrient fruit/veg, like iceberg lettuce instead of spinach, all things being equal, you pick, the lower nutrient one. It's NOT a starvation diet, low everything does not mean NO everything. It's just lower but still normal nutrient levels.
Any antihistamine is ok. Sudafed is not safe. Some have used cetirizine others diphenhydramine, or some other kind.
AF coming on CD 12 after pos OPK July 31 is not a terribly short LP and I'd just roll with it. I agree vitex may act like gasoline on a fire and shorten your LP even more so while also delaying ovulation.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Sudafed is fine for DH to take. It is in WOMEN that the link between Sudafed and strokes was found.

Hey, thanks Atomic for your reassuring message. I’m feeling a little better health wise although the thrush medication wasn’t helpful at all, I think it actually made things worse…?! Of more...
