Ive go little dumbbells that im gonna work with. My DH has a free weights set but its in the cold dark basement so ill probably only use it once a week. I did read about combining carb plus protien and have been doing that the last few days.

I think the little dumbells work just as good as the big ones for women who don't want to bulk up. I get very nice muscles from 2 lb weights without much effort at all.

Hello, Atomic hopefully you will see this! It has definitely been a while. I am not TTC, my cycles have been MIA for over a year, I'm quite certain. I have not been charting but haven't had it....
