How can I apply this personalised plan by Atomic? Is there any form that I have to fill?

Your current diet & supplements are extremely boy friendly. While the LE diet/an effective pink sway is less healthy than your current lifestyle, you might only be on it for a few months, maybe a year at the most. A lifetime of healthy eating & lifestyle will more than make up for wbat is essentially a blip in time of less than optimal.

As for supplements in particular, those have only been around very recently and yet people were still healthy, some even healthier than most modern people. Other than folate when TTC/pg, you do not NEEd anything else to be healthy and have a healthy baby.

Of course, you can do whatever you want. It's your life, your body, your sway. Maybe maintaining maximum health at all times is more important to you than having a daughter. That's totally fine. You could still conceive a daughter without changing your diet at all. That's ALWAYS possible. It's your call what you feel comfortable doing. I am health/diet/nutrition obsessed, and I do consider the LE diet less than optimal, but having a daughter is absolutely worth it to me. I won't eat trans fat, GMOs, aspartame, or highly processed foods - even if they (might) sway strongly pink, and I still eat mostly organic while swaying, so my sway might not be quite as effective as some, but I think my sway is still pretty good. Plus, since any changes away from optimal/boy friendly eating sway pink, and swaying 5, 10, 15% - whatever you can/will do - is still better than nothing. No sway is or can be 100%.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Hi Maidentomother, Thank you so much for your time!

I know my diet is extremely boy friendly, we don't eat trans fat, GMOs, aspartame, or highly processed foods either, if I tell dh to drink CL he probably would tell me stop swaying. The reason why I am taking those supplements and eating so healthily, is because I am still breastfeeding my 14 months old, I am just trying to be very healthy so he can get the nutrient via the breast milk, I was asking some ladies on IG about following the IG diet, but when they all gave me the same answers that I can't do their sway if I am still breastfeeding so I stopped going there straight away.

Now, Having a good look on this site and been reading lots of essays from Atomic, I feel much more positive and I am ready to try.

Thank you so much for your advice and I will definitely make a note of it!

PS, Is organic food bad for TTC girl? My husband is kind of an Organic freak, we get ALL veggies, meat and fruits in Whole food! But I don't really mind so much if is organic or not organic, I just LOVE food!

I just checked the plan, it's only valid for 6 months, I am thinking to TTC around june, should I purchase now so should I wait a bit?

One more question, I am living in the UK, with the 21 days meal plan, are the food list quite general, or is there any specific brand name that I have to look out for?

Can't comment on the personalized plan, though I think you can renew for another 6 months of support pretty cheaply, if needed. But once you get the hang of swaying you likely won't need personalized support.

The meal plan should work wherever you live. I think there are only a few specific US branded productsproducts but atomic or other pink swayers will be able to suggest alternatives in that case.

Organic is fine for TTC pink! Everyone ate organic food exclusively for most of human history and still had almost 50% girls. Bc toxins sway pink, a non organic diet is a stronger sway, but absolutely not worth it or necessary.

If you are going to ttc in June, I definitely think you need to get the plan now! You should be on the plan for about 3 months, before you ttc. GL!

I don't even think aspartame does anything and anyone who does not like it, leave it out. PLEASE do be sure, though, that you're not doing things that are much much more dangerous than aspartame, I just did a plan for someone who was doing some absolutely frightening things and then was like, "but I'll never touch aspartame".

Women made breastmilk for a thousand generations before the invention of vitamin supplements. If you must continue them, I would reduce to 3x a week.

Organic is fine for TTC a girl or a boy.

Your plan and everything tht comes with it is yours to keep. YOu will get a PDF and you can save to your computer, print it if you like, keep forever. Same with the diet book and OPK book. The only thing that goes for 6 months is the coaching. Most people have the coaching for hte 6 months and find that it's enough, either they got pg or learned enough to manage on their own. Some people renew for a small fee (it's $25)

Many people use the 21 day diet book in the UK. Many foods are available in the UK or are easily substituted. I do sometimes mention brand names but it's only because I used the nutrient data on them, you can absolutely exchange them for a similar product *and since you have the nutrient data written in the book, it is then very easy to find an equivalent product.
