Welcome! I have a boy and two girls. We have lost three over the past three years, last loss was in April. But we are just starting our sway plan today! Got the plan six months ago, but fell pregnant before I started....loss, and now ready to try again! Would love to hear about your sway plan if you have one. I am feeling good about the diet, but need to get MOVING! Kettle Bell here I come! Also, random question, did you (or anyone read this) see that BBQed meats are not good for the boy diet? Just wondering if I can still use my bbq to prepare all the red meat I will be eating? Any help is welcome! Let's get swaying blue! Praying and swaying!

I prefer you guys limit strictly or avoid BBQ when swaying blue. There are chemicals in charbroiled meat that while delicious, may be harmful to health. I realize it is a nitpicky and probably overly conservative thing, but it isn't necessary and why not leave it out, you know??
