No, I don't think your plan is up yet, but has been sent in to be posted for you. I will verify with you that you have found it (you will get a PM with a link in it.) I don't honestly know what that was about, I"m sorry.

I'm currently pregnant with DS4! He's due 12/31/15. I plan on starting my sway right after he's born and ttc in April of 2016. I'm interested in getting a custom plan mainly for diet ideas. How in depth is the diet in the custom plan? I'll need lots of guidance in that area!! Is it too early to go ahead and purchase a plan?
Good luck to all my fellow swayers!! 💕💕

HI Amtcpt!
There are two options with the custom plans - you can buy just the plan which comes with a sample diet and a diet book, then I have tips for you in the plan and then it comes with the coaching for 6 months where I help you with every aspect of diet as you need me to. OR, you can do that plus the 21 day diet book too which is 78 pages of diet info, recipes, meal suggestions, nutrient data and so on.
I don't do actual custom diets in the sway plans. WE investigated the idea but soon realized I'd have to charge tons of money for it and it would really limit the number of people that I am able to work with. the compromise where I work with you guys in the coaching forum one on one has been a very useful solution for us!
It's not too soon to get a plan, some people buy them a year in advance or even more, others wait till the last minute. Totally up to you what you find the most helpful. The coaching that comes with the plan goes for 6 month subscriptions and you can renew that indefinitely for a small fee.

Sorry I only just saw this. I'm a nutshell I did diet, exercise, BD every 4 days, fiber and alcohol. DH did OLE and was cycling around 30 mins a day up until the month B4 BFP.
All the best with your sway! Atomic will help you decide what's best for you. She is amazing xx

Congrats on your baby girl due in March covered in blue! Did your DH experience any symptoms of low blood pressure with OLE? Mine might start on OLE, but I don't really want it with his blood pressure.
Good luck to the rest of you TTC soon!

Thank you . My DH has high blood pressure normally (unmedicated) and he gets gout and was fine with it. He's actually still taking it as he feels good on it and thinks it is helping reduce his gout symptoms lol. But yeah it's fine not to take it for swaying. It's pretty new and no magic bullet anyway.
Hey, thanks Atomic for your reassuring message. I’m feeling a little better health wise although the thrush medication wasn’t helpful at all, I think it actually made things worse…?! Of more...
