    Girl diet.

    I am looking forward to receiving my personalised plan. I was just wondering while I was waiting if anyone could give me a outline of what are some of the food recommended on the diet so I can get started on some aspects of the diet.

    You should already be able to access your diet book and stuff, it's in the forums, let me know if you don't see it.
