    New and swaying for boy

Hello Ladies, I'm glad I found this site.

We started to ttc in November 2016 for our second rainbow. I didn't really sway last time as i was just desperately wanted a baby after having 3 losses but I was so happy to find out we had a baby girl when she was born

I would love to have a little boy to add to our family this to me around.

Hi wishinguponastar! I'm also a fellow aussie and I seen your post in the feb 2ww. I too have had 3 losses in the last 12 months so hoping number 4 pregnancy will happen and will be healthy

So onto your post and blue swaying. Can you say in here what you are doing so far sway wise plus any supplements and medications you and dh are taking (definitely mention the clomid as that is considered a 'pink' tactic however Atomic will advise further on this for swaying blue). I'm a former pink swayer turned just trying keep a pregnancy but I think the basics of blue sway is:

    Lots of snacking
    Breakfast every morning
    High protein foods
    Prenatal
Multiples attempts at pos opk - or every other day (e2d) if that's not possible???? (Not entirely sure there)
    High nutrient foods
Moderate exercise 3-4 times a week (weight lifting etc)

Again this is just a very very basic outline.... give it a couple days and Atomic plus other blue swayers will chime in. There's also a blue swayers thread in here somewhere, if I can copy the link I'll comment with it

    Good luck!!!
