Swaying pink newbie and using Rephresh

Hello ladies,

I am super new here and had a question for other ladies swaying pink. Is anyone using Rephresh for lube? My question is should I use every time I bd? I plan on doing the diet and cut off at 3 days to o. My most recent ph strips say I am about 5 ph to 6ph. Also want to know should I use it after I bd as well. I saw this in an older post. Also can i do o+12 if i am also doing the cut off method? My husband wants another girl bc the boys in his family including his son suffer from serious and sever allergies. I would love a little boy but he is hesitant. I am happy either way, but trying to make his dream of another little girl come true. We have a little girl already. We are swaying for June. Any info would be great thanks in advance

Well, unfortunately I can attest that allergies are not gender linked, but still happy to help!

If you're using RepHresh you should do it every 3 days, the last time about 12-24 hours before you plan to BD. No need to use anything after BD. Do be aware though that RepHresh is a pretty terrible lube and you may want to use something different like Acijel or Sylk instead, about 1 hour before BD or as a lube (just a little) because the RepH. can be kinda sticky.

If you're doing a cutoff I would not add in O+12. I hate O+12, it doesn't work and if you do it right it has very slim chance of resulting in pregnancy. And it adds tons of stress to your TTC, the kind of obsessive, detail oriented stress that may undermine an otherwise good sway.

I do want you to understand that timing doesn't sway, but a 3 day cutoff can end up in conception so if you want to do timing, cutoff is WAYYYYY better than O+12 (which really has very poor chances of conception)
