Lola I may try Vitex if I don't get pregnant straight away. Just really hoping to have a girl and two would be a bonus! I won't take anything specifically to sway twins but if I got them I would be pretty happy. There is something so special about twins!
I really hope you get your girls too!
Congratulations carebear that is crazy that you were all prepared to sway twins and fell naturally anyway! I don't put too much stock into symptoms for gender so I think you have a great chance at two girls xx

I'm regular and I don't have issues with fertility so I don't think that my doctor gives me clomid.
How many mg did you take of iso before?
So, you are taking vitex and folic acid and something else?
Please don't take the royal jelly. It is not safe and has actually KILLED people who have allergic reactions to the supplements or after they stop taking the supplements, a bee sting or encountering RJ in a different form somewhere else (like in a drink or health food).
It also doesn't work and has the tendency to make people's cycles go really weird. Take a prenatal + DHA supp and you get all the good stuff in RJBP without the risks.

It actually doesn't make you hyperovulate, but probably helps both twins to survive if you do conceive them. This was shown in a really big and well done study done by Chinese researchers.
Please continue taking the higher dose all thru first trimester of pregnancy and then gradually wean off by spacing doses furhter and further til down to amount in prenatal.

I got my daughter with very little MS and 3 of my boys I had horrible MS.

So, that isn't to my luck.
I prefer girls, but boys would fine.
Prenatal is for boys too? I didn't know. So, aren't you take vitamins ?
Also I am eat a lot of milk and yogurt.
I think that is all.
If you are wanting twin girls that is even more reason to avoid maca, green tea, and RJ as they all may sway blue

Nobody does, that's the scary thing! People don't know that it's actually a risky thing to take but once you start delving into the studies there are several case studies involving RJBP related deaths.

I thought I was the only crazy one who wanted twins. This will be my last pregnancy, and I want a girl so I am hoping for two!! I have two boys already . I won't be ttc until 2018 as my baby is still a baby (8 months) but never to early to plan!! I can't wait to read and see what has worked and hasn't for you ladies. Oh and I am 31 and will be 32 by the time we start trying new year!

Hi Katy! I took soy isoflavones and ate a lot of cassava root potatoes/potato chips when ttc both boys. I didn't get my twins, but did have 2 boys 19 month apart. It may help you get a boy, but not sure about twins. Clomid sways more pink, but probably a better chance at twins. I do believe that I've heard that there are Clomid boys out there! You have age in your favor and also more common after you've already had several children. GL with your ttc twins journey

Hello, Atomic hopefully you will see this! It has definitely been a while. I am not TTC, my cycles have been MIA for over a year, I'm quite certain. I have not been charting but haven't had it....
Not sure where to ask not TTC
