New here! Dreaming of having a BOY! Please help! :)

    Hi there!

My husband and I have 3 beautiful daughters we love dearly but we are having one more baby (always wanted 4!) and REALLY hope for a boy!! Our daughters are 4 , almost 3 and 9 months.

I'm willing to do anything and everything I can in my power to sway blue! At this point I do kind of feel like we don't make boys lol!

    Any advice is welcome!!

Hi and welcome. Always lovely to see new blue swayers around.

It's so interesting to read through the site when you're new, do you feel you were living a fairly girl friendly lifestyle before? When will you be ttc? Atomic generally recommends waiting 1yr-18months after DD3 before swaying blue to ensure good maternal condition.

I have so much to learn!! I am ready to soak up all the knowledge I can!! What would be considered a girl lifestyle!? My youngest is only 9 months right now, we don't plan to try until next year but I want to get a head start on every thing!

    Hi! Thanks for your response!

To be honest after 3 daughters in 3 years I feel like we do not make boys! I have spent a couple hours on this site tonight and am feeling a bit overwhelmed like there is SO much information!

Many girl mums were doing the following things which can reduce overall maternal condition and fertility (obviously still within healthy and normal ranges as we still got pregnant and had healthy babies)....
    - lots of cardio based exercise
    - going extended periods with little food/less nutritions options
    - reduce sperm numbers from either infrequent BD or a lot of BD
    - regular coffee and/or alcohol drinkers
    - coming off birth control
    - close kid spacing/shortly after miscarriage
    etc.

I was a regular coffee and alcohol drinker, my girls are 21 months and 23 months apart.

What are the most recommended things to sway for a boy?

HE Diet, weight training for you, some basic and safe supplements for you and DH, having DH release regularly every 2-4 days and being in with 3 or more attempts in your fertile window, Preseed or other sperm safe lubricants, and doing pretty much anything to get your body in good physical condition and boost your overall fertility (but do be aware that many things that are marketed as "boosting fertility" are actually harmful in the long run and so you should focus on tried and true proven supplements like prenatal vitamins and carnitine for DH.
